Yes, finally Smackdown was interesting again. The Peep show rocked. I thought he was going to perhaps turn face but oh well. Well delivered promo all the same and adds to the GM WM match, even further.

Uh, is anyone else sick of Laryngitis V Playa? Dear God, it was mentioned every five seconds.

Smackdown was actually a let down for me, there was an overriding sense of "meh" about it. Plus is AJ stupidly thick, or what?

The only highlight for me was the Kane V Orton promo. Although Jericho was good too - I did like the "pipebomb" mic drop.

I think its fantastic that the biggest consequence of this GM feud is that Teddy Long is suddenly over like a motherf*cker.

And yeah, AJ is missing something. Bryan berates her but she just takes it, and it just makes you think she's a moron instead of getting her sympathy for having an abusive boyfriend.

I enjoyed every match on the show, every segment actually, so I dont see this show being a letdown.

I would, but only if it was babyface Christian vs Bryan. I dont really have any desire to see heel Christian wrestle anybody, and he already had matches with Sheamus last year that didnt set the world on fire.

I'd be happy with that. I've always preferred Christian as a face but I do feel that this heel run, has re-invented him. When team Johnny loses at WM, then I can see him switching back as a face; much to your delight.

    Good show overall.

Glad to see Christian back on TV, this guy hasn't missed a step since he's been gone. Another brilliant delivered promo from the Captain, bit unsure about where Christian's career is headed after WM. As Jimmy stated his feud with Sheamus last year was a bit of a letdown, maybe due to the fact it came after the red hot Orton feud. I can see Christian getting lost in the shuffle if he's not to careful.

I will be pulling for team Johnny at Mania due to the fact his team will be better.

After much criticism of Sheamus over the past week his match with Jericho was his best in a long time. Also must give plaudits to Jericho, when this guy takes his time he's one of the very best wrestlers to grace WWE. Good back and forth match which helped both going into their respected title matches at Mania.

Once again Bryan showed how good a character he is and since getting rid of both Show and Henry I don't want his reign to end, hie delivery of promos, treatment of AJ and the real possibility that he could defeat Sheamus at WM make him one to watch.

AJ is one of my favorite divas and it was great to see her in an actual match for a change but yeah she is coming across as a bit dumb. I'd like to see a sketch backstage where someone asks her about Bryan's heel tactics and she has to try and justify it.

If Bryan loses at WM maybe he could have a story afterwards where he helps AJ win the Diva's championship and then takes all the credit for it. The idea of him jumping about shouting YES! while holding her Diva's championship makes me chuckle.

That being said, I won't really care what happens if he keeps buying her dresses like that!

I've always thought Otunga has the "look" and mic ability to be a future main event-er.
The only drawback was that he was bloody awful anywhere near a ring, but I have to admit, after watching his match against Kofi, he has improved dramatically. If he carries on at this pace, he may well be the most improved wwf superstar of 2012.

On a side-note; "Yes, Yes, YES..." That Bryan is brilliant.

That black dude with the glasses and the "We Hate Cena" tee during The Rock/Cena montage was hilarious, as was Cenas' facial expressions.

Cody got a great match out of Khali... In my honest opinion, the kid could well become a Great.

Otunga has improved brilliantly this year, I think he took the imitative to improve after he was humiliated in that Christmas Street Fight with Orton in December.

And yes, as long as WWE take care with Cody he could be mixing it up in the main event scene later this year.

The Orton fight was an awesome match and Otunga was great in it, the first real sign of him being something other than worthless. Not sure why him getting the crap beaten out of him in kayfabe has anything to do with his real life improvement, but OK.

I could just be adding something where there is nothing, but it seems to me that they are using AJ as the textbook GF of an abusive BF, where she takes everything he throws at her and even defends him for doing it. Like i said, I could be seeing story where there is nothing, but if not, I think it is fairly well done. Plus, it would go along with the semi-shift in attitude the WWE has been showing with the C M Punk alcoholic father storyline.

Yeah it's definitely part of the story. He draws so much heat for doing it. I hope they don't drop AJ back to NXT once this angle is over. She's so unique I'd love to see her stay a regular on Smackdown.

She was already full-time on Smackdown for months before she got with Bryan.

AJ has great potential for being the next breakout Diva(face) or a sweet-faced bitch.

She wasn't on TV much though? I remember her doing a thing with Natalya and Kaitlyn ages ago but not much else. I was always disappointed at how much TV time her and Kaitlyn got since I love them both. Having watched NXT recently though its pretty clear Kaitlyn can't act for shit.

    Amen to that!
