I'm going with Nakamura or Styles. Seeing Sami win would be a welcome surprise though. I can't see Ziggler or Owens winning it. By the way, I just realized that a reigning champion has never won the Money-in-the-Bank briefcase.

Nakamura winning would be too soon I think and if Orton gets the belt back, Corbin wins, but if Jinder keeps the belt, AJ styles wins?

This should be a great match. I can't see AJ or Shinsuke winning, unfortunately. Most people are picking Baron Corbin as the clear favorite, but I think Sami Zayn might pull it off in the end.

It could be Sami as no one would expect it. He's the total underdog and gets looked over, so that could be a good thing.

If Sami doesn't win this, it will confirm in my head that WWE don't see him as anything more than a low mid carder/stepping stone for high mid cards. I am starting to think Naka's style is quite overrated, especially on the main roster and I don't think him carrying around a briefcase suits him. But I think a MITB cash in (when an opponent is at his weakest) is a very strong heel move so Corbin has to be the favourite here.

I think Corbin will win as I feel it would suit him more teasing cash ins, would love zayn to win though, he needs something and the crowd would go nuts when he eventually cashes. Styles, Nakamura and Owens don't need the win.

After much deliberation (actually not that much. It's more like a process of elimination situation), I've decided that Baron Corbin is my pick to win the Men's Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match. To me, neither AJ Styles or Kevin Owens necessarily need the briefcase seeing as they're already certified main eventers. As for Nakamura, I just can't see him having the Money-in-the-Bank briefcase. For one, he ended SmackDown LIVE holding the briefcase so wrestling logic dictates he's not winning the briefcase. Plus, Nakamura is still a star on the rise and, if he's booked correctly, he could find himself in the main event regardless.

I don't think anyone (including the Creative team) have any interest in pushing Dolph Ziggler as "Mr. Money-in-the-Bank" at this stage of his career. Honestly, the only way Sami Zayn will be a World Champion in WWE is most likely a title reign from cashing in the briefcase. However, what stops me from picking Sami is that, even if Sami does win MITB, his booking as champion is almost guaranteed to be terrible. I mean, look how Sami Zayn has been booked since being brought to the main roster. Can you imagine what a reign as WWE Champion would be like for him?

Like I said, this brings me to Baron Corbin. Everything fits and it makes perfect sense to have Corbin win the briefcase. The Money-in-the-Bank concept typically works best with a heel and Corbin could have a decent reign as WWE Champion. No matter who ends up winning the briefcase, I hope WWE doesn't have "Mr. Money-in-the-Bank" cash in the same night again. From a Creative standpoint, booking the Money-in-the-Bank holder is probably the easiest to book; just tease cash-ins and speculate about when they will cash in. Creative can get miles out of this with minimum effort so I hope they take the time to build up the MITB winner to seem like a legitimate threat.

For the Women's Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match, Carmella seems like the most logical pick to win the briefcase. Charlotte, Becky, and Natalya have all had their shots at being champions (especially Charlotte) and, let's face it, Charlotte doesn't need the MITB briefcase to get title shots. I don't think anyone would be interested in Natalya as the MITB holder or as the champion and, to me, it seems like Tamina is just a spot-filler on SmackDown LIVE and there's no interest in doing anything long-term with her. Of the current SmackDown LIVE Women's Division, I think Carmella is the most underrated of them all. She's been weighed down by this ridiculous pairing with James Ellsworth and it's easy to forget that she hasn't been in the title picture all that much. I could see WWE going with Becky as the briefcase winner, but Carmella makes the most sense.

It's been quite some time since the WWE Championship has felt as unimportant as it does right now. I don't put any of the blame on Jinder or Orton, but Jinder's whole reign as champion has been booked so lazily. At no point during this reign has the WWE Championship felt like the top belt on the brand. Despite all this, I can't see them taking the title off of Jinder already. Plus, the pay-per-view is in Orton's hometown so, again, wrestling logic dictates he's not winning. If WWE is really committed to expanding business in India then having Jinder lose the title to Orton a month after winning it doesn't make much sense.

The Usos have had a pretty decent run with the SmackDown Tag Team Titles and have been part of the reason that the tag division has been somewhat interesting lately. With that said, there's just something that's telling me The New Day are going to win the tag titles here. With The Usos essentially beating every worthy team on the roster, putting the titles on The New Day makes the most sense at this time. I'm not 100% committed to this prediction outside of a gut feeling.

My prediction for the SmackDown Women's Title is a little more complicated than my other predictions. I know that predicting that Lana will win the title will seem like a long shot to a lot of people, I can see Lana picking up some sort of fluke victory over Naomi to win the title only for "Ms. Money-in-the-Bank" to cash in and immediately take the title.

As for the Kickoff Match, I honestly don't care about it (it is a Kickoff Match, after all).

Has to be Carmella and Bazza Corbin for the MITB. It is much more a heel thing to win rather than a face. Personally I would really like to see Baron win as it has much more potential and he has the "it" factor.

I really don't know what the quality of the womens match will be. I imagine it will be a lot more lower risk than the men's match.

I don't know about that. I can't see Natalya or Tamina doing anything too crazy but I can easily see Charlotte doing a moonsault off of a ladder or something. I expect we'll see a Becksploder or two onto a ladder as well. I learned from the Charlotte/Sasha feud that the women in WWE are willing to do some pretty extreme spots if they are allowed to. You've also got to remember that Ellsworth is in the match too so he might be the one to go through a ladder.

Don't know if you guys pay attention to the betting odds before a PPV but it is usually correct. Current match winners are Corbin, Mahal, Uso's, Naomi and Carmella. Carmella is one of HHH's girls and this is one of his feelings that I don't agree with.

Really hoping that Becky & Shinsuke pull off victories tonight. Although, it's pretty unlikely.

So the betting favourites won. Womens MITB match was an absolute joke. They have built it for weeks about the history making aspect and how amazing it is for women - so they book a man to win the match. I really hope Bryan books a rematch. Which kinda makes last night's match completely pointless. Best match was the main event, the rest were very meh. Womens title match was very flat and Lana looks very very green.
