Nothing can ever make me try base jumping despite its popularity. The idea of jumping off an airplane 15,000 feet high, scares me to the core. Fatal injuries have also been witnessed during horse riding events. Then again, what do people fancy in being chased by those running bulls?

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) comes to mind. They pound each other with fists, elbows and knees in addition to executing deadly chokes and holds on each other. Furthermore, they are allowed to hit opponents who are down.

True, MMA isn't for the faint-hearted but interestingly, it is the kind of sport that gets adrenaline rushing through my body. Have you ever seen someone at the end of bull's horn being tossed around? That scares me a lot!

I have seen such clips and they're horrific. Sports that involve bulls are usually quite dangerous. Bull riders basically risk their lives every time they perform.

It is probably not the riskiest, but everybody I know who goes skiing seems to end up having some sort of accident. And I don't just mean a mild accident, I mean a serious accident. But they soldier on and go skiing again. Some of my friends have even been skiing again before their injuries are better.

There are not many places to ski in Britain - really, there is Scotland, and that's about it. If you want to do some serious skiing you have to head to mainland Europe - like the French Alps, or the Dolomites.
