The COVID-19 disruption has slowed down many activities but also given us extra free time. I have gotten my fitness regime back on track, except that I am still looking for a user-friendly fitness tracker. Do you have any suggestions?

Strong is an app that works with every OS. It's free and helps you keep track of what you do and what you've done.

Yes, fitness is very important these days.

Strava and Nike Run Club are two apps that I have found very useful. The former has a subscription, but you get a free trial for a month. Exercising helps to clear my mind and keep me healthy.

I'll have to look into those. I have never heard of any of them. I use my Fitbit to track my moves. I'm getting bored though so I'm looking for something new too.
