Well i have to say i agrred with most of the awards apart from one

A-Train is not worst wrestler of 2002 its funny how fans have turned on him since he started to get a push before people were like "That Albert is misused and deserves a push" now when he gets his push everyone "This guy sucks y the hell is he getting a push" A-Train is good for a big man and i believe certainally dosn't deserve to be worst wrestler of 2002

hmm not sure if Rey Jr. was the best Cruiser, I think both AJ and Low-Ki have done far much more than Rey has this year

Booker T and Goldust should've been in the best tag team category. Benoit and Angle were a tag team for a very short time, so how they got the award I don't know! But apart from that, all the awards were good. :thumbup2:

Two awards that really stood out to me were HBK vs HHH winning MOTY over the Unforgiven Tag and Albert worst wrestler, while the HBK/HHH was a good match for me it wasn't in the Unforgiven tag matches league but I guess nostalgia for HBK won it for alot of people, for me Albert wasn't the worst wrestler of 2002, he was completely undeserving of another push after 2 previous failed pushes but there was worse than him most noteably Jeff Hardy who's been dead weight for 18 months.

its funny how fans have turned on him since he started to get a push before people were like "That Albert is misused and deserves a push"
I do think anyone thought Albert deserved a push, the majority of people were very happy with his 3 minute matches on Velocity.

Anyway well done Chris you did put alot of work into it :thumbup2:

Booker and Goldust were in Best Tag Team, they came in 4th with 8 votes :)

As for some awards....I feel that some were decided by the fact they were first alphabetically. For example, A-Train was first alphabetically in both Worst Wrestler and Worst Match, and he got a lot of votes...

Something to change next year :thumbup2:

This phantom tag match you speak of at Unforgiven...

I was sure Angle faced Benoit one on one at Unforgiven.

Ah well, maybe I missed it. :)

I think you mean the tag match at No Mercy, yes?

Anyway, my thoughts- HHH Vs Shawn as MOTY is ridiculous, Angle and Benoit's contests, whether it was in a tag team or in singles format were far superior. But you just can't beat Michaels marks.

JR as best commentator? Both Michael Cole and Tazz have improved by leaps and bounds this year, while JR and Lawler are a tired combination, and just don't appeal to me any more.

I'm disapointed that no one outside of WWE won an award (In the US categories at least). I'd have thought WWE's current poor product would have introduced a lot of people to ROH and NWA TNA.

Ah well, well done Chris, top job sir.

Thanks Russ, and thanks also for pointing out my error :)

It was probably because I was amazed that Angle vs. Benoit at Unforgiven was only 4th :(

With Show it was more of a title walk, than a title run.

So who reckons Husim voted all those votes for Nash, just so he'd get mentioned lol?:)

Right i agree with TVV on this one, AJ and Lo Ki have done far better than rey this year.

Being in ROH and NWA TNA come on those guys have had some bril matches with Chris Daniels, also doug williams in the UK. Maybe not as much Lo Ki but AJ he deserved to win that by far. I suppose thats just the way it goes and with more WWE fans on these forums he was bound to win as the other two are not in such a 'great' company as the WWE. Anyways well done chris.

Well done Chris for putting that whole thing together. You did a good job. :thumbup2:

Shame on the lot of you for not having Benoit v Angle at Unforgiven as match of the year. If you have forgotten how good that match is I suggest giving it another watch.

My faith is shattered I must say, not because the choices weren't the right ones because they were, but rather that the title runs actually took place. We need things to be freshened up with guys like Benoit, Eddie Guerrero, Booker T, Edge, Jericho being given more chances with the singles belts. Hogan? Come on.

What in the blue hell is HHH v HBK doing as best match. I knew there were a lot of annoying HBK marks around here, but I didn't realise how many. Angle v Benoit should have won no contest.

A couple of things on top of that, firstly Craig I have no idea who you used to talk to about Albert... they must have been insane or something, cause I'm pretty sure that the majority of wrestling fans were certainly not shouting about him deserving a push. There's no decent argument against Albert, A-Train, choo-choo man or whatever you want to call him getting worst wrestler damnit.

Also, whats to question about the worst title runs? They were indeed the worst 3... HHH should have been top for that one tho :p

Of course for the awards themselves nice work Chris, cheers for the fun you provided :D
