WWE Friday Night SmackDown
Airing This Week

Edge vs. Alberto Del Rio goes to a no contest when The Nexus (except Wade Barrett) hits the ring and attacks both. David Otunga says that Nexus are taking over. Kane, Big Show and Rey Mysterio make the save.

Teddy Long announces a ten man tag tonight: The Nexus vs. Edge, Del Rio, Big Show, Rey Mysterio, & Kane.

WWE Intercontinental champion Dolph Ziggler defeated JTG. Kaitlyn comes into the ring to celebrate with Dolph but Vickie Guerrero comes out and slaps her. Officials hold the women apart.

Backstage, Guerrero storms into Teddy Long's office and demands revenge against Kaitlyn. Long makes the match.

Backstage, The Nexus attack Rey Mysterio and lay him out. David Otunga says that Wade Barrett is in Great Britain, but they attacked Rey because they can.

MVP, who had new theme music, defeated Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes in a Three-Way to earn an Intercontinental championship match. The former Dashing Ones worked together early but that didn't last long.

Vickie Guerrero pinned Kaitlyn.

Teddy Long announces Kofi Kingston will replace Rey Mysterio tonight.

Backstage, Kelly Kelly and Kaval congraulate MVP on his win. The Nexus attack Kaval and MVP.

Tyler Reks pinned Chris Masters.

Edge, Big Show, Kane and Kofi Kingston beat Nexus when Edge speared Otunga. Edge also speared Kane. Del Rio left his team when Big Show accidently shoved him into the railing at ringside!
Dark:

Edge beat Kane by DQ when Kane used the World Title belt!

Thank the Lord in Heaven that MVP used his Yakuza kick for the finish. Hopefully its a permanent change.

The triple threat was pretty good actually. Just as good, if not a little better, than ADR vs Edge, which dragged for the first half, I was a little disappointed. They were getting going in the end there though, until the run in.

Vickie vs Kaitlyn, you wouldnt believe how long this went, as a match. If the actual women's matches got this much time I'd sing from some rooftops. Vickie is amazing. Lack of LayCool kills me. They do this every 6 weeks or so and its infuriating.

Main event was alright, not a great one when you consider the proper WWE multi-mans though. Masters on TV is always good. Show as a whole was OK but just kind of inconsequential.

Why wasn't Vickie vs. Kaitlyn on NXT, so that no one would see it? We shouldn't be subjected to that garbage on Smackdown.

I don't get why Kane was against the Nexus, they helped him at Bragging Rights.

1: Kane is the Big Red Heel machine...he sides with none! :p

2: Nexus is 'Big bad heel' - this overrides the heel side of Kane and forces him to act as though they are much more of a threat to the WWE as a whole, rather than worry about his own personal agenda at that present moment.

3: ...Yeah, it's the WWE! :D

Its a little bit of 2 too. The whole time they've done Nexus they've had heels face them. Plus you could argue that Kane wasnt aware that Nexus would interfere, since he's never said so, so there's no alliance between them.
