What are your favorites? I would nominate About a Boy and the original How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Maybe Love Actually and Die Hard, too.

I'm an old softie, so it's A Charlie Brown Christmas. I think that's the name.

Nothing like a light-hearted take on Christmas as an adult by seeing it through the eyes of a youngster.

Not family friendly, but I liked Bad Santa. I would also add A Charlie Brown Christmas, which has one of the very best holiday soundtracks.

@whaleshark Die Hard? Really? Okay, I admit I haven't seen it, but I wasn't aware it had anything to do with Christmas.

Garfield has two Christmas specials that I make sure to see every year. Really, there are so many great ones that it's hard to choose just one as the best.

A Child's Christmas in Wales is an all-time favourite of mine. It's probably not that popular and it's an older film, but it reminds me of listening to my grandfather's many stories. I also love A Christmas Story and watch it every year.

I haven't seen any modern Christmas films. I just haven't found the time. Any recommendations?
