    We are pleased to announce that the Conwy County Wrestling Academy is opening in March and to celebrate we are holding a free exhibition show so students can come along and see exactly what they will be learning. There will be three matches, all featuring wrestlers from Basix Pro Wrestling, who are supporting both Project Wrestle and the Academy, a Q&A session and finally the opportunity to sign up for training. The details for this show are as follows;

    Conwy County Wrestling Academy Exhibition Show - Admission Free
    17th March 2012 @ 12:30pm
    Ty Hapus Communty Centre
    Ffordd Penrhyn
    Conwy, LL30 1HB

    The Conwy County Wrestling Academy's first training session will take place on Friday 23rd of March and will continue to be held every Friday evening. The sessions last from 6:15pm to 8:45pm and cost £5. Each session will consist of warms ups, break falls and wrestling training. Safety and basic wrestling training such as hold, locks and submissions will be taken by trainers at the academy, but more comprehensive instruction will be taken once or twice a month by a currently active British wrestler, this will be a representative of Basix Wrestling.
